get good foam and a fabric you like then fit the foam in the helmet .
get extra foam and fabric and try it a couple different ways. glue gun
and good spray adhesive "3M". after ten minutes you'll have it figured
out, promise.

i have a few fabric stores near me that have foam as well. there is a foam store here to.
i would find a foam that has a good density you want it to hold up. kinda like the foam
in a couch cushion. as for a fabric, i like cotton but its tough from the keep it clean side
of things. just go find a craft store or a fabric store and feel it out. you'll get ideas just
being around the material.
